Domestic returns must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that items modified at the customer's request (e.g., selecting options to add intentional distressing, studs etc.) are considered custom-made and personalized. In accordance with consumer law regarding made-to-order products, these custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. The 14-day right of return applies only to standard, unmodified products without custom distressing
