TERMS OF SERVICE

I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the services offered by ANGELRAVE.

  2. The Terms of Service are available on the website angelrave.pl and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the User.

  3. Using the services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

II. Definitions

  1. Service Provider – ANGELRAVE, providing services in accordance with these regulations.

  2. User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the services of the Service Provider.

  3. Services – actions and products offered by the Service Provider through the website angelrave.pl or in any other form agreed with the User.

III. Scope of Services

  1. The Service Provider provides products available for sale.

  2. Details regarding individual services, their specifications, and prices are available on the website angelrave.pl or in individual offers sent to the User.

  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of the services provided, of which the User will be informed.

IV. Conditions for Using the Services

  1. The User undertakes to use the services in accordance with applicable law, good manners, and the provisions of these Terms of Service.

  2. A condition for using the services is the correct completion of the registration form (if applicable) and acceptance of the Terms of Service.

  3. The User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date data during registration and while using the services.

V. Conclusion of the Agreement

  1. The agreement for the provision of services is concluded at the moment of:

    • a) registering on the Service Provider's website,

    • b) accepting the offer sent by the Service Provider.

  2. The Service Provider has the right to refuse to conclude an agreement with the User if the User's actions violate the law, good manners, or the provisions of these Terms of Service.

VI. Fees and Payments

  1. Using the services may involve fees, the amount of which is specified in the price list available on the Service Provider's website or in an individual offer.

  2. Payments can be made by transfer to the Service Provider's bank account, via online payment systems, or in any other way agreed with the Service Provider.

  3. Failure to make payment within the time limit specified in the invoice or agreement may result in the suspension of the provision of services by the Service Provider.

VII. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide services with due diligence and in accordance with the description contained in the offer.

  2. The User has the right to use the services in accordance with their intended purpose and to submit comments or complaints.

  3. The Service Provider has the right to suspend the provision of services in the event of a breach of these Terms by the User.

VIII. Complaints and Returns

  1. The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the services provided within 14 days from the occurrence of the event being the subject of the complaint.

  2. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Service Provider's e-mail address: angelraveclothing@gmail.com

  3. The Service Provider undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and to inform the User of the outcome.

  4. All sales made by the Service Provider are final and are not subject to return or exchange, except in situations where the goods were damaged during transport by the courier company.

  5. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the damage has not been documented or reported within the required time limit.

IX. Liability

  1. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the User.

  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of services for technical reasons, of which the User will be informed.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service, of which the User will be informed with appropriate notice.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.

  3. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
